Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains when and how appointments booked through Me-Time may be cancelled or rescheduled.

1. Purpose

Me-Time aims to provide a fair and transparent cancellation process for both customers and participating businesses.

2. Customer Cancellations

Customers may cancel an appointment directly through their Me-Time account, subject to the cancellation window applicable to that booking.

3. Rescheduling

Where supported by the participating business, appointments may be rescheduled based on available appointment slots.

4. Late Cancellations

Cancellation requests made outside the permitted cancellation window may not be eligible for a refund of any booking fees already paid.

5. Business Cancellations

If a participating business cancels an appointment, Me-Time will notify the customer and assist with rescheduling or any applicable refund in accordance with the Refund Policy.

6. No Shows

Customers who do not attend a confirmed appointment without cancelling beforehand may forfeit any booking fees and may be subject to restrictions on future bookings.

7. Exceptional Circumstances

Me-Time may review cancellation requests arising from exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
